benefits. If you choose to begin treatment at Lotus Integrative Behavioral
Health and are not covered by one of the in-network plans, you will
need to utilize out-of-network benefits and submit claims directly to
your insurance company. Insurance companies vary a great deal
when it comes to out-of-network benefits. Full payment is expected at
the time of service.
